When you use the contact form or email us we receive what you choose to send: your name, work email, company, role, phone (optional), annual revenue range, what you need help with, the best time for a call and your message. If your browser opens your email app instead of sending the form, the same details travel by email. Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and performance.

How do we use it?#

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, deliver services you engage us for, and keep records of our business relationship. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use your details for third-party advertising.

How do we protect it?#

Messages reach us over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are kept in the firm’s password-protected email and file storage, accessible only to Steven C. Lindstrom. We do not run a customer database on this site and we never store payment details here. Documents you share for an engagement are covered by the written agreement for that engagement.

Do we use cookies or analytics?#

This site does not set marketing cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, this policy will be updated first. Web fonts are served from our own domain, so viewing this site sends no request to a third-party font service.

How long do we keep it?#

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by law and professional practice.

How do I correct or delete my information?#

Email info@coachtosuccess.pro (opens your email app) and we will respond within 30 days.
